Hot Blast Valve
Hot blast valves, made of high-resistant alloy steel materials, are designed for isolation of stoves from the hot blast, mainly in the blast furnace complex. It is also used for the isolation of gasses in other industries.
The valve consists of a body, bonnet, water, cooling jacket, floating gates and drive mechanism. A specially designed cooling jacket ensures the constant cooling of the valve body. Refractory lining helps minimize heat loss and protect critical parts from blasts of hot air.
