Septum valve

Septum valves are multiple control duty butterfly valves, used to control BF gas pressure at the blast furnace throat. It is ideal for installing piping with clean or semi-clean gas.
Special feature
  • The valve shall come with internal stainless-steel cladding to prevent abrasion due to dust particles
  • The accurator of valves is positioned for easy access on both sides of the valve.
  • Water spray nozzles can be provided to flush the accumulated dust particles.
  • Valve internals can be coated/painted with ceramic coatings
