Manager – Assembly & Testing

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Manage assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves.
  • Coordinate with design and QC for final dimension, testing parameters, and documentation.
  • Ensure test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance for each valve.
  • Track throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance.
  • Lead a team of Engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers with strong focus on time and quality.

Requirements: 

  • Graduate in Mechanical / Production Engineering
  • Experience of working in Fabrication/ Machine tool building / Equipment manufacturing company in similar / asst Manager role for 2 years minimum with overall industry experience of 10 years minimum
  • Deep understanding of valve assemblies, torque specs, sealing principles, and testing.
  • Hands-on approach and calmness under pressure.

Manager – Fabrication Shop

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Plan and manage daily fabrication activities as per production schedule.
  • Ensure welding, fit-up, and dimensional quality standards are followed.
  • Manage manpower allocation, welding consumables, and fabrication tools.
  • Drive productivity (₹ output per man-day), control rework, and reduce delays.
  • Ensure timely WPS, NDT clearances and material traceability.

Sales Engineer (3 Positions)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Generate and follow-up leads for valves and dampers in target industries.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Conduct site visits, product demos, and customer meetings.
  • Coordinate with design and execution teams for custom-engineered solutions.
  • Maintain customer database and project tracker.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge (Mechanical/Instrumentation background).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation & commercial awareness.
  • Team coordination and customer handling
  • Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–7 years in technical B2B sales of capital equipment/valves preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP/CRM systems and tender portals.

Sales Head
Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for severe service valves, industrial dampers, and Nencini-brand water control valves.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify and build relationships with EPCs, consultants, plant managers, and procurement heads.
  • Represent the company in trade fairs and exhibitions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin targets. 
Requirements: 
  • B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation; MBA preferred.
  • Experience with engineered or fabricated valves, flow control, or process equipment.
  • Strong contacts with refineries, oil & gas companies, or irrigation boards is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and techno-commercial negotiation skills.
  • 10–15 years in technical sales (preferably in valves, flow control or capital equipment)
Head – Manufacturing
Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee daily operations across fabrication, machining, assembly, and dispatch functions.
  • Translate monthly sales and project targets into actionable production schedules with shop heads.
  • Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery performance through close monitoring of bottlenecks and progress.
  • Drive continuous improvement in process discipline, welding quality, machining accuracy, assembly precision, and documentation.
  • Ensure productivity (output per man-day), utilization, rework control, and cost per kg are within targets.
  • Implement 5S, safety, and lean practices across all departments under control
  • Coordinate with planning, QC, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
  • Review manpower planning, shift allocation, training needs, and discipline in all shop- floor functions.
  • Lead daily/weekly manufacturing review meetings and resolve cross-functional issues in real-time.
  • Report key KPIs, variances, and improvement plans to senior management.
Requirements: 
  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering (mandatory).
  • 12+ years of experience in heavy fabrication, machining, or custom-engineered product manufacturing.
  •  At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing leadership role managing multi-disciplinary production teams.
  •  Exposure to fabricated valve or equipment manufacturing preferred.
Purchase Manager
Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, negotiate and procure raw materials, bought-outs, and project-specific items.
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships; ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Maintain cost-effectiveness and improve purchase cost per ₹ Cr of sales.
  • Implement and monitor purchase KPIs – PO lead time, delivery adherence, price variance.
  • Coordinate with design, stores, and production teams for technical approvals and planning.
